According to a survey completed today of 18 hotels in Sanur, our Bali  Luxury Villa complexes with55 villas and 155 rooms had above average occupancy rate for the day and for the month at 85% occupancy while the average in Sanur as of today was only 81%.

While competition is the toughest it has ever been with new hotels opening  almost daily across southern Bali we are very proud of this accomplishment. Many hotels including well-established hotels are only enjoying a 50% to 70% occupancies due to recent hotel price war.


Our above average success comes primarily comes from repeat clients and referrals.

We do very little ever avertizing as our guests after the firsrt stay do all the adevrtizng we need fro free

Recently booking.com the second-largest Internet online booking service ranked us as "The best hotel in Sanur" (although technically we are not a hotel)  and just last week we received an award from trip advisor calls themselves "the world's largest travel site" published "with a rating of 4.5 Emerald Villars (part of Bali Luxury Villas) has earned a place amongst the very best".
